Day 2 - Shake Day

I'm thinking it would have been easier if I started this over the weekend.  Late morning I had a headache from not eating my normal breakfast and snacks.  The healthy lunch took care of that.  And I slept in the late morning and afternoon.  So tired.  In the evening, I've been going to sleep a little hungry, and that's difficult.  I miss my jelly beans or peanut butter sandwiches at night!
