Today is much easier than yesterday. My cravings for bread or crackers is no longer there. Took a nap around 10:30 and woke up 2 hours later. Woke up and drank my liquids. I'm finally listening to the CD's and finding them very helpful. Perhaps should have listened to them before.
It's ok to be sluggish and tired because I was depending on sodas and coffee.
I'm learning it's ok to rest because my body is building up its nutritional core. My body is working harder than ever to get rid of impurities. It takes time to build my core. Stick with it!
Get out and get fresh air. Sunshine. Get some Vitamin D.
Had a very difficult evening. A backstabbing friend from my past has come into my life again and it brings up all the old wounds again.
